Terms & Conditions of Sale

Mushroom Components are "Trade Only" Distributors and do not sell to the general public. A complete list of Terms & Conditions are available upon request.

Prices

Prices are always quoted in UK Pounds and are FOB Bedford.

VAT (Value Added Tax) currently at 17.5% will be added to all UK orders and to orders from EU customers who are not VAT registered.

Quotations are based upon goods remaining unsold and subject to final quantity count Normally, line items will be sold in minimum tube or package quantities, we will not normally split IC tubes or otherwise.

Minimum Order Charge

Shipment within United Kingdom - £25 minimum order value, and may be subject to pack or tube quantities as detailed above

Export orders

Normally minimum order charge is $250.00 per shipment

Payment Terms

Net 30 days to approved accounts within the United Kingdom.
Pre-approved accounts available to Schools, Colleges and Government establishments.
Export orders are payment by credit card, or cheque or T/T direct to our Bank in advance
Orders being paid by T/T will have US$20 added to cover bank changes

Credit Card Payment

We accept payment by VISA or MASTERCARD
A surcharge, up to a maximum of 3% of the goods value, may be added at our option

Shipment Method

For shipment within the UK, goods are despached the same day as ordered by Courier for orders over 1kg in weight or otherwise by Royal Mail
Export orders are shipped by UPS or Fedex and charged to Customers account number.
Goods are shipped at customers own risk and are advised to ensure that adequate goods in transit insurance is in place.
The goods remain the property of Mushroom Components until paid for in full.
